I'm Bea —
A Design Professional currently based in the Southeast Asia region with 3 years of professional experience in the San Francisco Bay Area and a B.Arch Degree from the USC School of Architecture in Los Angeles. I have experience working on a large-scale International project from pre-design through the end of Design Development, in addition to experience in Justice, Aviation, Sports, and Corporate/ Commercial project types.
I was born and raised in Cebu City, Philippines, which was designated a UNESCO Creative City in 2019. In addition to the culture of craft and creativity that I carry with me, I draw from and navigate through multiple sources of influence as a Cebuana and Filipina. That design can be a strategic factor in sustainable city development is reflected in my own values as a young designer. I see design as a dual-edged tool to initiate change and also gain a personal understanding of the world. I have a great interest in visualization and sustainability and believe that thoughtful design elevates quality of life.
